Boundaries | Is There A Misunderstanding?

“I need to work on my boundaries with others”. That sentence in and of itself requires one to bring a gentle curiosity to the conversation.

Step 1: CLARITY
Engaging in deep inquiry gives access to great clarity. We invest time in discovering what is the vision you have for yourself as a leader.
Step 2: REFLECTION
Through reflection we identify any self-limiting beliefs and habits getting in the way of your success. This results in a mindset shift.
Step 3: STRATEGY
Developing a strategy is about integrating how you do what you do so it is in alignment with your values and vision.
Step 4: FORTITUDE
Learning how to sustain the fortitude we need to stay curious, to stay aware and to choose our responses intentionally requires different skillsets.
