Assessments are tools used to support self-awareness. Assessments inform strategy. Using an assessment allows you to have information at your fingertips that allows you to make decisions that really respond to the current state of your self-development, business, and team. There are many assessment tools available to better understand the strengths, opportunities, personality, motives, and leadership styles of oneself and one’s team. We recommend the following assessments depending on the focus of your coaching sessions. Whether you are hiring, improving your communication skills, or wanting to better understand yourself or members of your team, assessments are a great way to obtain valuable information important to you and your decisions.
- If you want to know what your strengths are and how to leverage those strengths, so you can thrive, we recommend the Gallup Clifton Leadership Strengths
- If your goal is to better understand how you and your team takes action and gets things done, or if you are wanting to be sure the next person you hire really meets the needs of the team as a whole, we recommend the Kolbe assessment.
- If your goal is to understand how you instinctually respond to events when challenged, identifying your strengths as well as being clear on the barriers getting in your way, we recommend the Enneagram.
Should you choose to take an assessment or have your whole team take an assessment, we will arrange for links to be sent, we will read over the results with you, and then partner with you as you decide what the next best step is for you and your team.
