Individual Coaching - One Hour Session
Purchase a 60-minute Session at a time, as needed.
Coaching is about supporting a client in achieving their goals. Coaching is a partnership in between the client and the coach. This partnership provides a space for the individual to gain clarity, reflect and experience new perspectives resulting in profound and lasting shifts in their mindset.
- Coaching is confidential.
- Session are held over the phone or via Zoom.
- One-hour sessions can purchase one at a time or multiple sessions
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
8 week Online Course
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program is an eight-week course designed to reduce symptoms (both physically and mentally), decrease the experience of stress, increase quality of life, enhance coping skills and increase a sense of self-acceptance. This program teaches participants how to care for themselves, engaging fully in improving the health and quality of their lives while they work with those stressors that are preventing them from experiencing life as they would like.
This 8-week virtual course includes a one-day virtual retreat. Each class meets once a week.
- Group session do not exceed 16 participants
- All discussions and class information is confidential
- Weekly sessions are held via Zoom
- Can pay all at once or in two $300 payments

Mindfulness-Based Course for Busy People
8 week Online Course
Mindfulness-Based Course is an eight-week course using the traditional Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR) as the foundation for its curriculum. Mindfulness practices decrease the felt experience of stress, increase participants ability to notice when there is an opportunity to choose to respond with wisdom and clarity to a situation while also increasing ability to manage life events with greater ease and poise. This program teaches participants how to care for themselves, engaging fully in improving the health and quality of their lives while they work with those stressors that are preventing them from experiencing life as they would like.
