Lyle J. Tard
Lyle is a dedicated Life and Master Mental Health Coach with a rich background as a U.S. Air Force Training and Development Specialist. After retiring from over two decades of distinguished military service, he earned a certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching from Georgetown University and became a Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach through Light University.
Coach Lyle joined the coaching team at Team of Greats in 2024, focusing on supporting personal and professional growth in all his clients. In addition to his coaching role, Lyle serves as a non-profit leadership consultant, leading community wellness programs and integrating military precision with tailored wellness strategies.
During his tenure in the U.S. Air Force, Lyle also became a Master Resilience Trainer and coaches groups and individuals to be their best selves through the ups and downs of life and work imbalance.

- Assigned to the Division Director’s executive staff and provided weekly operational briefings.
- Compiled monthly training statistics reports to submit to Division Majors and Executive Leadership Colonels.
- Ensured accurate analysis of reports on training progression for the organization of 650 assigned personnel, and over 10 thousand over the time as a Training and Development Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge.

- 750+ hours of pastural, life coaching and development.
- Supervised campus of volunteers and leaders
- Assigned executive authority to make technical decisions for Pastoral Care.
